The problem

Growing businesses outgrow a shared Google Drive but don't want to wrestle enterprise tools like Confluence. Policies end up scattered across documents nobody reads, with no reliable record of who has seen what, which becomes a real problem the moment an audit or an incident arrives.

What I built

Directive is a knowledge and policy platform I designed and built for SMEs. Teams write SOPs and publish policies in one place, then capture acknowledgements that snapshot the exact text, timestamp and user, so past records can't be altered by future edits. A built-in AI assistant answers “how do we…?” in plain English and cites the article each fact came from. A Content Health dashboard surfaces search misses and stale pages as concrete to-dos, and every change is versioned with side-by-side diffs and one-click rollback.
